The legal basis is contract performance and consent, where applicable.

- Transfer of personal data to third countries
For the purpose of payment processing, personal data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the United States, through our payment service providers Stripe and PayPal.
Such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law and are based on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions where applicable.
