Jan — The Founder, Engine & Visionary
The reason ConquerOats exists in the first place. Jan doesn't really understand the concept of weekends, working hours, or "waiting until Monday." If an idea appears at 11 PM, 2 AM, or Sunday afternoon, chances are the whole team will hear about it within minutes.
Driven, impatient, and permanently in a hurry, he's always pushing for the next improvement, the next step forward. Some call it ambition. Others call it mild insanity.
Anže — The Gentle Giant Coder
The tallest member of the team (204 cm), our IT wizard, and without question the biggest softie around.
Always laughing, always joking, and somehow always in a good mood. Even when things go wrong, Anže usually finds a reason to smile about it. Behind the code, the servers, and the technical magic is simply one of the kindest people you'll ever meet.
Kris — The Flying Operative
Nobody knows where Kris is at any given moment — not even Kris.
He spends most of his life between deadlines, projects, phone calls, and roads leading somewhere. Permanently tired, permanently busy, yet somehow still getting things done. If exhaustion were an Olympic sport, he'd probably qualify.
When he's not working, he's usually talking about all the things he still needs to fix once he finally gets home.
Damjan — The Marketing Wizard
If there's a way to squeeze another 1% out of an ad, Damjan will probably find it. Our marketing brain, Klaviyo wizard, and the guy who somehow always has three new campaign ideas before breakfast.
Proactive to the core, constantly testing, optimizing, and thinking three steps ahead. Whether it's Meta ads, email flows, landing pages, or copy, he's always looking for the next improvement.
Luna — The CEO (Cute Executive Officer)
Jan thinks he’s the boss, but everyone knows it’s her.
How It All Began
No investors. No corporate backing. Just one stubborn idea, a few determined guys, and a lot of personal savings.
“Lightbulb moment!”
Following his high-protein diet plan, Jan was spending 20 minutes every morning just to make breakfast… One day he looked at the clock and thought: “There has to be a better way.”
September 2023
“Screw it — I’ll make one.”
Since wasting 20 minutes every morning wasn’t the vibe, Jan dove into research and decided: If no one’s made the perfect breakfast yet… I will.
October 2023
“DIY madness begins”
Jan went full lab-mode — supplements, spices, experiments, and yes… even a damn freeze dryer. The kitchen became a warzone.
November 2023
“From chaos to concept.”
It wasn’t pretty — failures, weird textures, strange tastes — but step by step, the idea became clearer. The chaos finally had direction.
December 2023 – August 2024
“Time to call reinforcements”
After countless failed attempts — and even consulting researchers at the Biotechnical Faculty — Jan realized: If I want this to be truly good, I need help.
August 2024
“Finishing the formula”
Nine months of tweaks, blind tests, and quality trials later — the formula reached perfection. Together with Sergej and the manufacturing team, we sealed the final recipe.
April 2025
“It’s happening — production begins”
This was the moment everything led to — the first official production run. Tanks, mixers, machines — the product was finally happening.
August 2025
“Two years later — it’s finally here”
Two years after the first idea, CONQUEROATS finally launched. The team grew — Anže and Kristjan joined the mission — and together we held the final product in our hands for the first time.
November 2025
“The final piece of the puzzle.”
With Damjan joining the team, marketing finally had its missing piece. Soon after, we stepped outside for our very first public event, watched strangers try ConquerOats for the first time, and celebrated our first 100 orders.
