Returns Policy
- Right of withdrawal (for consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the goods, without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.
- Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller before the expiry of the withdrawal period via e-mail or contact form, stating the order number and clear intention to withdraw.
Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after notification.
- Conditions for return
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, unless the nature of the product allows inspection without opening the seal.
- Return costs and refund
Unless otherwise stated, the Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the Seller will refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Exceptions – food products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Once the seal has been broken, such food products are considered opened and cannot be returned or refunded.

- Delivery area
We ship products within Slovenia (domestic) and to the countries listed: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.
- Shipping methods and costs
Shipping is carried out via selected courier or postal service providers. Shipping costs depend on destination and package characteristics and are shown at checkout before order confirmation.
- Order processing and delivery time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and depend on the courier service.
- Tracking and issues
Once the order is shipped, the Customer will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information if available.
In case of delay, loss or damage during transport, the Customer should contact the Seller promptly so that an appropriate resolution can be arranged in accordance with applicable law.
